Nice. I really like your stuff for Unicef.
One thing I noticed though is that your preloaders seem to lag quite a bit. Your "new site" SWF took a few seconds to show up with a preloader, as did many of your content SWF files. I would look at how you have those coded. Otherwise I like it, the navigation is nice and simple. Good job.

As I'm not very familiar with actionscript Helloperson, I have used a preloader "ready to use" found on a website whare you can dowload this kind of stuff. It's placed obviously on the first frame and once the loading is completed, you access the second one. If you have something which runs better or a particularly advice....

What do you have your fps set at?

I was gonna ask about your fps also, because your site is super choppy on my system (1.6 GHz, 512 Ram) and it shouldn't be.
I lke the use of color and layout a lot, but I think if you're gonna go Flash-based, you might as well have some sort of transition between different sections of the site. The whole thing overall is lacking a certain fluidity.
Besides that, great effort.
