email help!

I have not been able to access my email account 4 days now and it really starts to piss me off
it can't find the port 110 when i try thou Mail in osx and it can't find the server when i try thou the browser. it has nothing to do with the setting because it just stopped working out of the blue.. i have checked and double checked everything including the website of the company to see if they changed anything
The company is not responding to my mails that i send.. since i'm paying for the address i would expect some service right!!
what the hell should i do? anyone know a solution?
oh maybe i should mention i can read my mail via my sony ericsson k700i, it that just don't cut it if you know what i mean.
