Have just spent the last hour or so trying to get a client/friend to view an early draft of a site i'm building for her.
She cannot see the flash parts.
After installing the plugin and turning off bastard norton she can now see other flash sites but not this one. Could you lot have a look and tell me if the flash displays. Thanks.

... you should check to see what plugin she's using - if you're requiring 7 - you'll probably have to delete the old one (kill from the options menu)... and then hit up macromedia to install the new one.
sounds like she may only have the 5.0 player too.
anyway... delete the old player and install the latest version.
