in 1988, my parents took out a $13,000 loan and bought an apple desktop computer. My dad printed out a picture taken on his apple quicktake camera(which consumed $700 of the loan and took 8 images of lesser quality than a camera phone) and we thought that it was as good as film.
just thought i'd share.

p.s. the $13,000 was NOT a typo, not $1,300, but $13,000

i just threw my old, fried, blueberry imac in the dumpster yesterday. i was kinda sad.
i go way back before the imac but that was the first one i had ever personally bought.

hahaha... i remember using that camera in college, i still have some pics i took with it... i can't believe how incredibly shitty they are now.
