i don't know if the correct one is coming up, it has a random quote selector on the bottom right and the countdown clock should be in the digital-clock typeface(radioland or whatever).

okay, haha.
i like it, not only because i like mountainbiking and swimming. it looks tight. colorscheme is ok: very outdoor. canadian outdoor.
BUT
i think there are some little things you can improve, like
• i like to see a rollover state on the buttons, like the red bar is following the mouse
• everything looks like it is of the same importance. maybe more light/regular/bold variations in the text? it is all bold now.

i definitely agree with the hierarchy of type comment...i think the background of everything being green contributes to that confusion...maybe try some different shades of green, yellow, brown to break up the bg from the content...right now my eyes kinda bounce all over

I like the colors and the type - There are a few things bugging me.
1. The thin lines that act as borders are distracting - i think if you vary the thickness you could do a better job of guding the eye through the site.2. I find myself staring at the clock, i have a headache now.
with a few tweeks u will have a great site.
