alternative for adobe type manager light?
everytime i download it, it says, that the setup cant run because of a problem w/ ms dos?
any help or alternatives to view these kind of fonts

Hey dude,
That completely depends on what system your running and what you want to do with it. I don't run it at all anymore as you really don't need it in OSX
but ... it sounds like your running a windows machine ???

yea, i'm on windows... xp, and it says, that the system cant handle ms dos, or microsoft applications...which makes no sense to me

The alternative to all of that is OTF files. Open Type. Work on both PC and Mac.

Extensis Suitcase is what you want. The pro version of ATM was great but Adobe nixed it years ago.. a shame really.

i'm on a pc, and i wanted somethin free.

This is free, works on PC, and has some nice previewing features...a big downside is that it only handles TrueType fonts.

kazaa lite is free and will surely have ATM. not sure how honest that is, but then again you did say free.
