Nope, it could easily be custom made. As in hand-drawn, or developed entirely for a project. You can also check http://www.dafont.com. It's not ghetto, it's Old German and English.

i never saw this when you posted it but it was hand drawn in house by the art director who did the package. you wont find that font exactly.

hmmmmm, thats kinda suspect. he might have modified a font to create the wordmark, but i doubt he drew it from scratch... seeing as how it looks like its based on a couple fonts.
