yeah i was, the first few posts specifically. so, yeah amen brother.
mike cina designed it... mtv was on wwft's portfolio. In my mind that's close enough.

I like it. Clean. Active. Great for the kids with short attention spans.....oh, that's all of them...heheh...my bad. It's nice though. Wonder who did it?

i don't know who designed it...i made (remade) the little mtvnews logo that animates, but i just made a little .mov and sent it to their dept, i don't work with them.

The previous version of mtv.com was designed by mtv inhouse, wwft did some tweaks to the layout.
This version (which is a temp. version for the VMA's) was also designed inhouse (made in only 2 weeks from beginning to end)There will be a total re-design in the end of the year of the whole site (we hope)

Pretty good, I have seen worse, serves its purpose although over here with firefox I did not even realize that drop downs were on this page. But if you think about it, how many trendy 14 year olds (target market) really user firefox. I am sure mtv designers felt the same way when realizing it does not work.
And the first few posts were crap. Just because MTV is not your favorite company does not mean you can't objectively judge their website, grow up. And Jevad, look at your own work before judging the style of others. IMO not many people are so good that they have a right to insult other peoples style or work, and I highly doubt you are one of those people.

less congested, i like it much.....the actuall station could still suck a bit less
