i'm creating a project, the final output will be a mac projector file and a pc .exe file of the same movie. 2 files on the cd, that's all.
the project manager wants to put 'system requirements' on the cd sleeve...what would these be? any suggestions?

just put whatever the requirements that the computer has to have in order to play the files. if it's just flash, how fast of a computer do they need to make it run correctly, flash plug in info.. etc... nothing much to it if it's just flash:-)

Windows?

i'm thinking that an .exe flash movie will play on any windows platform, correct?
same with a mac projector file, it'll play on any mac os?

haha.
i just need something to write on a sticker to slap on the cd case that all the execs will read. I don't think anything is necessary, please let me know if you feel differently...thanks guys!

Wait - you ask for stuff to put on the requirements, but when I give you stuff to put on the requirement sticker, you say nothing is necessary.
What exactly are you asking for?

i think what he's saying is that his boss thinks something is needed, but he's like "nah, bitch.. it's good ta go".
and yes, if it's an exe it'll play on any windows platform, if it's a selfcontained mac projector file, it should play on any mac platform (sans system 6 or something on a mac plus probably).
the only thing maybe is that they have a fast enough computer for the file. for instance, i just finished a project that is mostly actionscript and really only runs well on a computer faster than a 1ghz. maybe this might be needed.. who knows

Oh.
Wow - Now I look like a total dumbass.
I'll let myself out.
