Get a WOK and just fry stuff up in it with some soy sauce and rice wine. Throw in the ingredients I mentioned before, either prawns (shrimp to Yanks) small pieces of pork or chicken with some garlic and ginger, you cannot go wrong. Just fry it up and serve with rice or noodles.

or just stir fry loads of veg (okra/sugar snap / fine beans / whatever) and chicken (or prawns) adding some soy and chili maybe, make some nice sticky rice, then mix the two up in a frying pan - add an egg and fold in as you fry and stir in some yakisoba sauce - quick and yummy in yer tummy!
