the nav is unreadable - it's one floating thing above another.
and what happened to the size of the "content" area?! it's width is max 200 px - can't see anything without magnifying glass.

I'm liking the typography and the roughness of the site. The direction is there, the execution could be better.
I'd take a trip to the book shop this weekend and pick up a book on Punk graphics, no need to buy just 'ave a look...
...I don't know how long you spent on the site but i'd say take your time, push ideas and finalise nothing...

...try using a photcopier and print outs of all the elements you want on your site...place them in front of you and experiment with position and layout, making copies as you go for scaning, the texture's you'll get will help you find the roughness and randomness you're looking for.

Points for trying.
I'd say definitely step back and make the content the focus instead of the navigation. Overlapping navigation elements is a problem too.
Interested to see where you go with it though.

i like it and I don't.
... i think there needs to be SOME order to anything that is online... if you intend it to be navigated... unless it's one of them new hip bohemian type sites (circa 1900's moulin rouge allusion there)... in that case - base it all on love.
