  I'm looking for an individual or company that specializes in finding out if a brand name and logo already exists... copyright, trademark search etc on a global level...

  Basically I've created a new name and logo for a company who will be selling their wares in Australia, the US and Japan and need to know if the logo and name exists anywhere already...

  Any help anyone?
