gee I wonder if those dolts have finally added multiple undo to their arsenal...
dickheads.
most print shops accept InDesign

I fucking swear I'll never understand why that program gained in popularity like it did. I've always hated it.
I use Freehand.

It costs $899.95....
And I love Quark :)

i'll take 3 please.
- exador0
it gained in popularity, cuz at the time, there was fuck all else out there..
sure..
illustrator and freehand can do some of the same things, but quark always had the support of the printers for some reason...
not sure if it was because of multiple pages, or what...
but anyways...it was all most of us had..
and yah..
it sucked hugehaven't yet tried Indesign..
but if it's from adobe, and is anything like there other apps, i'm all for it..
then again... i did invest about a decade getting to know quark...and i hear the new one is pretty good...
maybe i'll just stick with what i know...
not sure..undecided at the moment..

can we get some props for microsoft publisher????
- BonSeff0
*raises roof for microsoft publisher
woot! holla
- myobie0
its 399 educational i think...
publisher is from the devil...
indesign can do anything you would ever want to do...but now quark can manage an entire project in one file and use redundant text for the stationary, billboard, website, and anything else...that sounds cool to me...maybe

so Johnwoo, if u had a 300 page layout to do... You would use?

Quark is a great program (for 1993). It will have muiltiple undos, but too little too late. InDesign is as superior to Quark as Flash is to PowerPoint. Once the printers can deal with Adobe's color management, the party for those cock-suckers is totally over. I'll spit down the neck stumps of their severed heads. Yay!!!!!!!! Dance on their corpses!!!! Yay!!!!!!
