i think for punk rock, skate, surf target audience that shirt looks great. I really like it.
But for a triathalon? i don't know. doesn't really fit. just my opinion.

I dig it because it doesn't look like a triathalon shirt [the grungy style is cool as long as there's a reason for it]
on the production side, take out the black so you don't have to pay for an additional screen... or if you have to do a black screen, take advantage of it and use the black in the design more aggressively... too tiny/weak right now with those couple of black areas
