bowling (everyone likes bowling and it lightens the mood if you both suck. if you're good suck and let her win)
mini golfing (if weather permits)
hobo stabbing (on second thought wait for the 2nd date)
if the date goes well then you can ask her up to your place for a glass of wine and some music.
then nail her when she least expects it.
