when i was 15 some friends and myself drank a bunch of liquor in a hurry and then went to the local hangout (an arcade... my childhood was very much like the movie Dazed and Confused)...anyway, i felt that i might get sick so I excused myself and walked nextdoor behind a car shop to get some fresh air (or puke... better in private than in front of my peers).
A few hours later I woke up. Apparently as I sat there gathering myself I passed slam out. It was 3 am when I awoke. The arcade was closed. I did not have a car and I was not about to call home (hoping that by chance my parents had not waited up). So I proceeded to walk home (about 4-5 miles) through some rather shady neighborhoods. Skinny, drunk little redhead. I made it home without harm... yes they waited up.
