    design wise I'd have to say it's an amazingly dull and dated looking site. I think taking the text down a shade or two would work nicely and as long as you don't go too far, will still be readable.

    I went to the case studies section and the first thing I thought was that you've done a piece of work for CorbisMotion and the big selling point of that case study is that sales have been up 17x since launch. This should be at the top, I hate seeing case studies where the actual site and key info is scrolled off the bottom of the screen.

    Perhaps also consider if you're focussing on usability, your site should make use of accesskeys for some of the links / navigation?

    Also, the homepage and contact page (and I assume others too) do not validate,again, a big consideration if you're appealing to a wide and diverse market. There are lots of simple things like images missing alt tags etc.

    Hope it doesn't sound too critical and that it helps in some way :)
