one of my favorite topics!
don't eat sugar. (meaning fruits and sweets - breads and pastas are okay in moderation)
drink lots of water
eat freshly cooked meals
everything in moderation and you're cool!
try to get your heart rate accelerated slightly at least once a day. for instance - take the stairs or walk or something.
anti-oxidants and vitamins are always a plus!
