i can't help you. although as long as i can remember i have never been sick in the winter season, every summer i get at least 1 bad cold, most of the time 2 and they seem to be really bad.
to help in winter i take:
1000mg vitamin c
multivitamin morning and night
400iu vitamin e
at least 6 hours of sleep
and i drink a shot of urine every night before going to bed.*tries not to laugh and waits
