  the bill covers the cost of the food - if the service was taken out automatically then I can understand why you would not tip (although I would still becuase I respect people who take care of me)...
  but if the service is not in the bill you are EXPECTED to tip because this is how it works

  ... you wouldn't happen to be a slave owner would you?
