well. statistics can be misleading. if you just went by the numbers i'm 50 lbs overweight for my height being of a medium build. but that 50lbs is def NOT fat. i am considered just by numbers as obese.
as for these people are concerned. being overweight IS a health issue and risk. disease?!? maybe, but i'd call it something else.
in other news. the mayor of chicago just signed a bill called 'the common sense act' which does not allow individuals to sue food corporations for makeing them obese. hahaha. common sense act... ZING!
