An opinion can be racist or biased or...whatever.
But racism is a definition, not an opinion.

Definition of Racism by the UN:

"any distinction, exclusion, restriction or preference based on race, colour, descent, or national or ethnic origin which has the purpose or effect of nullifying or impairing the recognition, enjoyment or exercise, on an equal footing, of human rights and fundamental freedoms in the political, economic, social, cultural or any other field of public life."

One can be racist based in an opinion about a specific "race".
But racism itself is not an opinion.

I wrote that racism is not an opinion.

I didn't wrote that making racist comments based in opinions over a certain race is not an opinion or opinion based.

    There's a difference.

And I can call someone's a racist if this someone makes racist comments or has a racist behavior even if tthis someone tells that that it's not true.

    Peace*
