It looks like a good too. One that could be really useful.
I agree with Continuity though about integrating with other project management solutions. Maybe you would be better served by trying to market this technology to developers of project management software?
And here's my personal experience with tools like this: As an individual designer and one who works with a small team we evaluate dozens of similar software and applications on a yearly basis. It's not that these tools aren't good or useful. It's that it's a monumental task to start implementing one-off tools into our current workflow and project management system (we use basecamp).
And good luck getting our clients to login and use another third-party tool to give us feedback. For Clients, Email is as good as it gets. We're lucky if Basecamp gains any traction with most of our clients.
So to reiterate, this would definitely be a welcome addition to a system like Basecamp - or whatever your preferred project management system is. But as a one-off tool I think it's a tough sell.
