yeah i know, but i am actually doing it as a favor for a frined who belongs to a non-profit, so they will be my in-between with the client as far as dealing with the BS goes, and she will have a major say in the project. thanks for everyones input, thats exactly what i needed to know. i guess i would have to look for some kind of official form or a letter with their tax ID is sufficient?
