    Here is my take:

    Making the community better starts with you. By complaining, you are enabler of negativity. If you want this to be creative, start a creative conversation.

    Spamming - deleting everytime it is posted but it can't be controlled 24/7, there will be gaps when people sleep.

    Trolling - ignore and they go away.

    Invites - should be deleted unless there is an offer to give invites to meaning things.
