It just sounds to me like a very poor way to think about people which might well be a signifier of uncreative and inaccurate thinking on other issues.
Someone who says something like that is a tool and if I worked with them I'd tell them to fuck off and mercilessly mock them all the time until I was bored or the situation escalated into amateur krav maga by the coffee machine. No one can be expected to work with that sort of shit jammering away in their ear all the time, otherwise we'd all be working for Rush Limbaugh. Everyone's entitled to their opinions is not a maxim that should ever take priority over being a dick. In which case I am entitled to my opinion that you need your self-esteem grinding down with a 3 month course on stupid and fatuous the hastily scribbled list of mildly offensive sound bytes you call your opinions really are, and how this illustrates self-image based character flaws related to your inability to be loved by your otherwise normally functional alcoholic mother. Fuck me if I'd made a kid like you I'd have drunk too.
