dvd doesn't support fullHD, just SD.
so, it would be NTSC D1 16:9 or PAL D1 16:9.
then you have to check the pixel-ratio...that's something I don't know exactly...last time I worked in quad-pixels and just for final output I put the composition in a not-quad-pixel comp, it worked fine, but I really don't know if this the way to go, nor if it's still necessary for modern dvd and screens.
