    I can imagine how the meeting came about. The client discovered it, called your bosses, and shit rolls down hills. In organizations with strong leadership blame should go UP the org chart, and praise should flow DOWN.

    Comments like "An exclamation point is just an up-side-down i" shows that they don't know shit about typography or grammar.

    Where do you work? Sounds like some shitty bosses.
