example:
Trim size of magazine is 8.3 x 10.75
the printer tells me the spin needs to be .179
8.3 + 8.3 + .179 = 16.779
set me document for 16.779 x 10.75
set columns to 2 / gutter to .179
set the margins to 0
bleed to .125
