I just learned this a few weeks ago, believe it or not (I know, FAIL!!!):
You can copy and paste layer styles in Photoshop!
You can also take the layer styles from a layer and create a layer from them.All of this can be done by right-clicking a layer with effects and looking at the bottom of the pop-up window.
- or you can alt-drag a style from one layer to another to copy it, saving yet another stepscarabin
