  i guess the traditional thinking is that the site should stay in the 1 page fold. i don't agree with this but flash sites have (again excuse this) 'traditionally' been approached as a single window layered site whereas more content heavy sites that needed scrolling wouldn't be built in flash.

  i agree with you. it's odd that outside of design studios most (gross generalisations aside) flash sites are not users of such options.

  • It wouldn't hurt if Adobe optimized Flash (at least on OS X), but I agree. I understand a large company fearing scroll lag...ismith
