Not sure if this helps, but Daniel Eatock describes a way of discovering 'your soul's handwriting' and suggests the results could be converted into a font...
"Strap a pen to the back of the hand you don't write with. Then sit on the hand so it goes to sleep, then place the sleeping hand behind you and write on your own back using a broken mirror to guide you. Ask your mom to help by making you a cup of cold tea in the dead man's cup. If your dad can sing Bohemian Rhapsody backwards get him to do that dressed as a Roman. Whatever you write is the handwriting of your soul"
