Thank you everyone. The gender re-assignment surgery went extremely well and I'm now the proud owner of a very neat little foofoo. It takes a bit of getting used to. Despite the many months I have trained myself to do sit-down toilets I have already made a bit of a mess twice, standing at urinals, absentmindedly grasping my blouse tails and soaking my thighs in blood flecked urine.
The doctors have advised me to avoid entertaining men up the front until everything has settled down, and I have to let the bush grow wild for a few weeks to avoid ingrowing hairs which can cause painful fistulas. Once I get the go ahead though, I'll have a Bolivian stubble runway coiffeured in the shape of an arrow, and will then commence my new life as a fully realised, sexually adventurous woman.
