upon reading some other comments (janne76) I have sightly changed my disposition... I agree that the eyeballs are unique and that the type is cluttered. Here's a second round of thoughts:
-scale of eyeballs and amount of them on the card; maybe create variations with lots of them, a few of them, etc - also play with the size, scale and color too
-type is cluttered and unrefined. I play with type scale and heirarchy
-visual heirarchy - very competetive with the eyeballs and type. Again scale of type/eyeballs to create an interesting heirarch.
-Color; competetive color with the gradients, yellow, white all on a charcoal-ish bg. Maybe try other approaches - monochromatic, duotoned, complementary, etc.

    cheers!
