  "Maximise"
  Macs don't have maximise, they have zoom which (on well programmed apps, probably not shit like firefox) makes the window the size of the content AND NO BIGGER!
  You see on Macs we don't waste screen space with blank space, you see the stupider end of Windows users sitting there with a 30 inch screen and a web browser maximised then reading a 100px wide bit of content in the middle of the screen then just a blank background around it.

  LEARN TO MULTITASK FFS! instead of wasting your screen with a single app

  2nd mouse button: System Preferences>Keyboard and Mouse>Mouse
