Year in a half with a recruiter. I had kept weekly communication with when up from jobs, updates of new work on web site, and updates to resume on a regular basis. I had done this with conviction for the last year in a half.
I have communicated with CGR Seven the same way I communicate with all my other agencies.
It was just bad mojo. No communication as much as I was holding up my end. And it wasn't until I called yesterday to say "WTF is going on over there" did I finally hear a response.
Ended up having a back and forth with another recruiter who was not my main because I called the one I was working with a lump.
Communication with headhunters is supposed to be the easy part in being a professional on your own.
Showed them how professional I was in a goodbye email and called it a day.
