Bali beaches to see are padang padang, so amazing. If you can find balangan its great, its the beach just north from popular dreamland beach, its hard to find therefore uncrowded and serene. I would definitely spend time out on the bukit where most of the best beaches are including the ones I mentioned.
I have heard the lake up in the mountains is a must see but I didn't go. the kuta bar scene is crazy, just find the main drag and your there. the bounty has foam parties and gets crazy, double 6 club is popular...
Get a good driver to take you to ubud for shopping and to see the countryside. If you like monkeys and temples you'll find plenty of those, purah tanah lot is the best one...
I like to go for seafood dinners at jimbaran bay, theres a long row of restaurants lining the beach with tables on the sand, you pick your own fresh seafood from their tanks, its a feast for sure and should be done at sunset for the full effect!
make sure to get lots of massages, they run about 7-10 dollars for a decent place, 5 bucks for cheap ones. can't beat that!
