wow!?!?...but from what I understand, I think majority of these record labels/companies file legal actions if their music has been used in a commercial site or a site that generates income directly from the visitors...but then again, this was before.
anyway, just sharing my thoughts again on this issue. hope someone in the legal business could give us a clear answer to this.
