    Serato is cool. Torq and the other timecoded record to laptop setups are too. Being a vinyl playing dj for years, I thought it was an easy transition to digital. I plan on picking up a Vestax midi controller to mix tunes straight from the laptop though. Less to fuck with and easily portable. CDJ's are cool too. Vinyl is still the most reliable though

    However, if you let the software match the tempo you suck. Learn how to match a beat. Seriously. If you're just fucking off, whatever. But don't ever call yourself a DJ if you don't match the beat yourself.
