Yeah but it's nice to have a change of scenery, new faces, new jobs, even if there are the same problems in various agencies.
Also gives you the opportunity to start new in a different company, put into practise all the things you learned at the last place. You can get into an 'always the boy' type scenario if you stay in the same place.
Also the best way to get a pay rise is to quit.
