  Alsace is quaint. Lembach is lovely. You must try the Tarte flambee > pizza base ultra thin - creme fraiche - cheese (cottage cheese) - bacon - onions...lovely...then fresh made Pretzel (Bretzels over there). Take pics of the houses and all the flowers.....you will love it.

  Also, Colmar, Strasbourg, Reischoffen, Haguenau...etc
