There's more Omega3 in walnuts than there is in fish oil, and I know which I'd rather have if it were a choice between a tasty farmed nut or an industrially processed animal, trawled to the verge of extinction from the open sea.
Poor wee fish. All* you fish eaters best make your peace with God over the next few years, before we completely fuck over the oceans.
*except for you hoopy froods who ensure you only ever buy farmed fish, or catch your own fresh water stuff.
