I heard Patton himself had a hard time swallowing five pills at once. It was right after he said "Rommel, you son of a bitch, I read your goddamn book!" while riding a tank in the desert in Libya. Then his aide-de-camp handed him the pills and he got a bit all verklempfed in the throat region. You're cool.
