Stuff like this, I always call them and talk about what they advertised to get me to be a customer (quoting the 'unlimited' bit a lot), not the 'terms of service'..... and if necessary escalate my complaint all the way up the management. (Once got my complaint up to COO level at BT... that actually works very well).
