  You can make a logo that's fresh and different and not clichéed, or you can do it right and make a logo that says "this is unmistakably the Olympics we're talking about here". London's is all personality but has no meaning - it could be 2014, 2006, it could spell out ARSE in that style and the meaning of the logo would be unchanged.

  Where is the London-ness OR the Olympian spirit in that logo?
