ok, so not many people want to hear it anymore, but hey...

so i went to school in the north midwest, right on lake superior, and many many MANY times i ended up having a blast at the most random times.. (take tonight for instance, i got off of work waiting tables (argh!) and i just dropped into lake superior and went swimming at midnight... awesome awesome times!) anywhoo... so i went to chicago after i graduated, took a pretty sketchy position in a studio that had a ton of cool projects (and awesome people whom i am still in contact with), but i couldn't get a hold of the chi town lifestyle (granted i lived in rogers park on clark and morse), but hey, i couldn't do it.. so i left and came back to the place i went to college in. Turns out, with freelance stuff, i'm able to suffice with waiting tables on the side and still be able to take 2 hour lunch breaks which consist of time on the beach and some good grub and still live ok...

my thoughts from this, do what your heart tells you to do and make your job somehow incorporate into that. then, you will be happy:-)
