At 2am use quick drying superglue on his buzzer. Press it in on the left corner and put a nice hearty dab of glue on the right. Wait a few seconds for it to dry and run like hell when it gets stuck on. Do this a few nights in a row and I think he'll get the idea. If not, take a baseball bat to his hands.
