  yes i do have a contract, it stated that i need to wait for 6 months to ge t a confirmation to work . My position is called multimedia designer. basically i have to do lot of things. Yes i know what a grid is. I think he sits next to me because he wants to do everything on his own .. so yeah ,he do not trust my abilities. I'm the first designer in this company , well, that what he was saying. so i do not know about other staffs. thank you for giving new perspectives . :)
