  you are right there rson

  think its weird this is all block jpegs.
  id put money on this person being a web designer but not actually a hands-on one.

  i.e he/she just designs pretty pages with little or no technical knowledge and just whips those programmers into shape until they replicate his/her designs

  and so has very little skill for making his/her own website.
