Hmm...I prefer this prohibition, actually. But that's because I could care less about drinking.
To see the other side, it'd be much safer to get on a bus while drinking compared to driving around. As long as you're not harming anyone else on the bus, it's fine. I wonder if more ppl will drink and drive now. I don't know much about how many people take the bus over there though.
